My aunt told me about this site...five seconds ago.  I think it's so cool!  First off, I'm sixteen, and I've had a left leg below-the-knee amputation since before I can remember.  The closest thing I've come to an amputee community was when I was nine and I went to this giant meeting.  It was mostly boring, 'cause I was so little, but I met another girl, and I spent my day with her.
