I want to know what is most important part of your prosthesis?
The fit
The weight
The donning
The look
The care
Mine seems to be the weight. I like to keep it as light as possible, it seems I don't get as tired or sore from walking. When I put my peg leg on I feel like a sword fighter it's so light, but I don't walk as well with it.
So what about you?

The fit of the socket is absolutely the most important thing about a prosthesis. If it doesn't fit,as yours certainly does fit, you won't wear it, or you will be too sore to do anything. Weight is important. If it weighs a ton, your stump will be sore, and you won't want to do anything on a sore stump. I wear a pegleg much of the time, as it's really useful for operating pedals on machinery. I have got used to it, and walk well on it, but it takes significantly more energy from me to go from point "A" to point "B" than the carbon fibre foot. I consider it my built in exercise programme. For me, the look is important. Since I'm not going to fool anybody with a cosmesis, I like the techno look, the black graphite and titanium. I think it's more dignified than a pathetic attempt to appear as though I have two legs. It says, to me, "This is me, and I'm OK".
