I brought my c-leg in yesterday to get the cover fixed. It came out looking a lot better, with a nicer-looking skin on it. My prosthetist actually brought it to where I work so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday to get it, which was really nice of him. Sadly, it squeaks. Like really bad. The top part of the cover that goes over the metal knee rubs and makes an awful sqeaking sound every time I take a step. I tried sticking cotton balls on the sides where it makes contact with the metal, but it's stil squeaking in the front. So frustrating. Has this happened to anyone else? C-leg users? How did you fix it?
