I got some very exciting news a couple days ago.

I've been thinking about grad school for a while now, but wasn't quite ready to apply in earnest yet. In my research I found a really amazing sounding Masters in Education program at UPenn (which I didn't even realize was Ivy League until after I decided to apply). This program, which focuses on Reading, Writing and Literacy didn't require the GRE and UPenn doesn't have an application fee, so I decided to apply just to see what would happen.

Last week I came home from work during my lunch break and checked the mail, and I got accepted! So in the fall my boyfriend and I will be moving to Philadelphia and I'll be starting classes at UPenn! I'm so excited, this is such an amazing opportunity for me.
