Okay Friends:
I just got done posting to one of the members about my SIL selling one of my old pro's on ebay after she finished using it for a halloween decoration. For the heck of it I just went to ebay and typed in prosthesis and look what came up! Some of them get a decent price...considering if we can use them they are worth nothing to us. I'm telling you, we need to start selling our old pro's. I never would have thought to do something like that. I just can't imagine why people would buy someone else's prosthesis? It's not as if they are anyone else could ever wear them. Again, people are just so weird! The older I get and the more I learn the more I realize that I know nothing about my fellow man.

I don't know what people do with this stuff and I don't think I want to know.
MikeI had a pile of the things stuffed into closests, stuck away in the attic and so on. Then I found www.limbsforlife.com. They'll take the usable parts and use them for people who for various reasons can't afford to buy them for themselves. In most cases only the sockets are discarded.
