Are you an amputee and want to learn to surf? AmpSurf.org has an upcoming surf clinic in Santa Cruz, CA on March 13, 2010 from 8 a.m - 1 p.m. We will have an after-surf party fundraiser from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. To sign up on-line go to: www.ampsurf.org Our mission is to help injured/disabled veterans and civilians with disabilities feel the healing power of the ocean through adaptive surfing. You can also find us on Facebook as The Association of Amputee Surfers. We have a whole weekend of activities planned. Friday night BBQ, Surfing clinic Saturday, fundraising party in the afternoon, dinner on Saturday night with your new found friends! Lodging deals are available too!
