Are there any prosthetics out there that could help me get the function of my hand back or any research programs that I could join? I want to find a way to get prosthetic fingers that will give me back the use of my hand like before my amputation.

touch bionics is a great company however, much like all the rest they are expensive...not too sure what your exact limitation is but I will definitly be following your progress...I lost the majority of my left hand when a shotgun malfunctioned and exploded in my hand...previous to the accident I was a pediatric critical care paramedic, so I am also VERY interested in regaining my use of my hand.

ok, what exactly is your loss of function? touch bionics does have the "prodigits for partial amputees, also there is the "x-finger"
