You said you are diabetic. Is it under control? I am having a terrible time trying to get mine under control. It use to be very controlled until I had a toe amputated and the wound refuses to heal. I have been on antibiotics for so long and I am convinced that is the reason. It is good hearing from you. Italy! A place I would love to visit but I probably never will.

Hello, Max, and thanks for asking me to be your friend. I am also a diabetic but that is not what caused my amputation. I am a juvenille diabetic since the age of 15 and have been on shots for most of the time since then.
Hopefully yours is controlled with medication and diet? The adult onset is usually easier to control.
I have not traveled at all overseas but one day hope to get to Europe and Italy.
