Well the event was great. The weather did put a damper on things, but the rain was done before the BBQ ( thanks Don for cooking ) and the fireworks ( Firemaster Productions did a great job ). There was a few pepole that had never been to a gun club and had a great time, some of them now have to get thier PAL's. The gun raffles were awsome, Lanz Shooting Supplies donated the guns for them them and Silverdale Sports donate a lot of stuff for the penny sales and other raffles. Meeting new pepole and spending time with old friends is always a good time. The best part is we raise just over $5000.00 for the children's make a wish.

I was up in Northren Ontario for the last few weeks.  I had a great time on the quad and in seeing lots of wildlife.  I was a way from a computer but now I'm back ( after the 22 hour drive )  Iwent with a few friends and it was great to just get away from everything.  The major rule that we had was no computers , pagers or cell phones ( we did have one cell for emeergencies but, it didn't get cell service all of the time. )  Well I'm back now.  All I have to do is unpack all of my gear.
