as you might know im a lbka and have little range of motion in my left knee. well today i went upstairs to take a shower wich i rarely do cause i walk up stairs like a little child would one step at a time. well today i i thought i would try it normaly and was able to walk up normal and that suprised the heck out of me. so i called the doctor and im gonna go back to physical therapy to work on this knee some more.

GOOD GOING!!!! Yeah I just started trying to go up some stairs at work in a regular form. Up till now and still now I mainly go up stairs one step at a time, got pretty fast at it too.
