    Likes I'm always late with good intentions, I love to people watch, and prefer to do it with a close friend. I have a potty mouth when I drink and usually the next day too. I'm a little messy a lot of the time. My favorite sandwich is a Monte Cristo, my favorite ice cream is vanilla because you can add anything to it and mix it together. I enjoy cooking and love baking. I like the feel of sand when I squish it in my hands. I love the sound of the rain, the feel of it on my face and I will always try to catch it in my mouth. I like to read cheesy romance novels. I love to drive fast, especially a mountain road, on the verge of out of control. I love a long road trip by myself. I can change my own flat tire. Skydiving is freedom. I believe in ghosts. I chose to live anyway and that is what gets me through the day. I know that I am loved by many and they know that I love them.

    I have a LBK, I was in an accident on the Colorado river on June 13th 2007, I had a compound fractured femur and my leg was almost completely severed below the knee, all on my left leg. I had a decision to make once I realized the severity of my injury and it was easy, to live. I knew my leg was gone and my only concern was a tourniquet and a helicopter, the only two immediate things that I knew would save my life as well as staying very, very calm and just breathing... I think God had a little to do with it as well.

    Life is gonna be great for you! I'm a left BKA myself. The technology for below knee prosthetics are pretty awesome; you should have seen what I was wearing 18 years ago! Ugh!

    Anyway, I'm able to do just about everything I used to do... I hike, bicycle, jog (although I need a better suspension system for this last one), and hang glide! :)

    BTW... I hade to sound iggerent, but what's a Sea Do? What kind of accident was that?

    Anyway, you got out alive, and your life really will be very good, just give it time to get used to it, and you will find it doesn't effect you as much as you first might fear.

    I think that you are right God has his funny little ways doesnt he. I have a longer story that if you want to read feel free its on my page. But as for you God bless you and keep a smile on your face not for anyone around you but for yourself thats the hardest person to please.
