Rob, I am not sure if I have responded to you or not. I have been in the hospital with a cellulitus infection on the surface of my stump and several other bacteria and viral infections as well, attacking the stump itself. I have been trying to save my left leg and right stump for a while now, over a year and recently I thought I lost the battle. Please forgive me if I misspell a word or two but I am trying to work through all the heavy doses of pain medication. You see I have lived in Chronic Pain since 1996 when I herniated 3 disk in my back. It ultimately led to a multi-level fusion with screws and rod, which eventually loosened.

I am sorry, I shouldn't be burdening you with this and I pray for your forgiveness, I am so sorry, I just got carried away because of the pain medications. I will write when I am in normal frame of mind.

I understand a little better now, I have always believed that the choices you make, especially the bad ones will always come back to haunt you. You can call it karma if you want, but I think it is just a universal law of life which God set up in the Bible. God said "Numbers 32:23 But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out." I know that I personally have never been able to hide my sin from my heavenly Father, no matter what the sin was...
We can not hide anything, any crime, any sin, any perversion, any bad decision, even if we escape mans judgment here we will experience Gods ultimate judgment when we stand before Him one day, and that day is coming sooner rather than later for some of us! Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"
The only chance we have is to give our lives over to a loving God who is just as willing to forgive as to punish. Once we accept his Son, Jesus Christ we become new, unspoiled children, no longer stained with the sin that almost destroyed us. Act 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

I hope that we can be friends and write to each other once and a while, if that is all right with you. Thanks for helping me understand what you were trying to say.
