it has been two years since i lost those 40+ lbs in one night. funny thing though, i did not remember. I guess it not only wedding anniversaries and birthdays that men forget. lol. funnier still, what could b an easier date t remember than june 6, 2006. not that i believe that 666 is the mark of the beast, but popular culture has pushed us into thinking it is so.
anyway, its has been a good year. even though i put my therapy on hold for the moment, a lot of progress has been made in other aspects of life. I gotta strengthen my body before i work more with the prosthetics. been lazy! need to work on my core and stretch the legs regularly...
i owe my 'progress' to my family's constant support.
i hope all y'all r doing good. thanks for the patient ears and inspiring life experiences.
more to come as time passes
Peace

Abe, you've got a healthy attitude, and I'm sure you'll get onto the therapy and pros practice when you feel it's time. Just don't wait too long.
rexAll the best to you.
