    My left foot!

    So......I moved awhile back and decided to find a place closer to home to get a pedicure. The first place I went to wanted to charge me full price $16 for doing only one foot. When I protested they said, "okay, $15". Needless to say, I walked out MAD! The next place I went to took off 25% instead of 50% From $20 to $15. My previous place charged me half plus $1.

    Am I being ridiculus or and I being ripped off because I only have one foot?

    Hi Sybil,
    People are so inconsiderate to the disabled. You should use crutches and walk in on one leg to get a pedicure and they will wake up. What are they thinking. Hope you will find a good nail shop to want you as a customer. Half a loaf is better than no loaf. Just my 2 cents worth.

    Every place I've been since my amputation has only charged me half, and they even paint my toes on my prothesis too. I say keep looking, it's ridiculous that the first place only offered to take one dollar off, what kind of nonsense is that?!
