I'd like to meet other people who share my interests and experiences or anyone who is just a cool person. I don't have too many friends. I've become kinda shy since my accident. I graduated from USC in 1995, on the Deans' List, with a double major in Business Administration and Biological Sciences. Two months after graduating I danced on the 8th floor ledge of The Beverly Center Shopping Mall and kinda fell off. I left a dent in the sidewalk. I guess I've always made quite an "impact" on things in my life. My mom used to say, "blend in and enjoy life..." I don't think she meant blend into the sidewalk! I used to drink. I should've tried the "12 Step Program" to quit instead of the "1 Step Program!" Learning to laugh at yourself is a wonderful thing! Also I look at the very positive things going for me now in my life! I can park almost anywhere I want to! I get the primo seats at concerts! I never have to do cardio again!!!! My grandmother can beat me in a foot race. I know that when we go out together she feels less selfconscious about using a walker - and that makes me feel good. More about me... I love playing Backgammon online. I have two beautiful doggies. I listen to most types of music, especially loud bands. I also enjoy watching television and seeing movies. Take care. Thew.

ha your blog is very funny.............now lets see what the advantages of having one hand could be. Ok I should be able to get a half price manicure, when somebodys asks me if "I need a hand with that" it's very very very funny when they see my stump, when you need a glove there is only ever one at the bottom of your bag anyway and finally it's a very good conversation starter with new people. oh the stories that can be told shark attack, sawes a dog biting my entire hand off........people are so gullable. (I don't feel too bad as their just being nosy anyway!
